This portal has been developed and being maintained by Protean eGov Technologies Limited (Formerly NSDL eGovernance Infrastructure Limited), under the guidance of Department of Financial Services, (Ministry of Finance), Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Education) and Indian Banks Association (IBA).
The enrolment/application charge of Rs. 100+GST is a non-refundable amount collected from the applicant against applying for education loan schemes of banks on boarded on Vidya Lakshmi portal.
The successful payment of enrolment/application charge does neither guarantee nor assure any kind of loan assistance to the applicant.
There is no cancellation option available for the services subscribed/consumed on the Vidya Lakshmi portal.
